Overview
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Optimize Local websites, project onboarding flows, marketing systems, and service delivery. By using this site or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Optimize Local offers local business apps, websites, branding, Google Business Profile optimization, reputation services, recurring hosting and support, and related marketing workflow support. Specific project scope, pricing, timing, and deliverables may vary by client engagement.
Payments
Deposits, subscriptions, and other payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Payment obligations, billing frequency, and any recurring support terms are controlled by the selected service or project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are used to reserve production time and begin work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, project assets, platform access where needed, and timely feedback or approvals required to complete the work.
If third-party accounts are connected for posting, analytics, or workflow support, the client must have authority to authorize that access.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain rights to their pre-existing brand materials and business assets. Optimize Local retains rights to internal systems, templates, automation workflows, and pre-existing methods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No Guarantee of Results
Marketing, reputation, website, branding, and content services can improve positioning and execution, but they do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, traffic, or sales outcomes.
Changes and Termination
We may update these terms from time to time. We may suspend or end access where necessary to protect the service, address abuse, or respond to legal or operational requirements.
